A class focused on problem areas of the spine, releasing tension and improving mobility; a gently guided class that concludes with relaxation.
Class duration: 70 minutes
This early evening yoga class will focus primarily on relaxing the back and spine. We’ll use breath-conscious movements to loosen up and relax problematic or stiff areas of the neck, trapezius and rhomboid muscles, and the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae. We’ll stretch and relax the spine with gentle movements.
To conclude, a guided relaxation session with visualization focused on the spine will leave you feeling pleasantly relaxed and calm.
The class is suitable for everyone, including beginners. The instructor will tailor the class to the needs and fitness levels of each participant.
Weather permitting, the class will take place outdoors.
We recommend bringing a towel and a blanket.
Yoga mats will be available on site. If you prefer to use your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.
The class will be led by Denisa Bláhová, a certified instructor of Iyengar Hatha Yoga and therapeutic yoga.
All classes this weekend can be combined—choose one or all of them. Your body will determine the intensity of the movements, so you don’t have to worry about overexertion.
By Sunday, you’ll perceive your body in a whole new way.
