Morning body warm-up, breathing exercises, gentle stretching and waking up, followed by relaxation.
Class duration: 70 minutes
You can look forward to a gentle morning warm-up, yoga breathing exercises, and a pleasant stretch. It’s best to do this on an empty stomach, but it’s not required.
During the class, you’ll try the Sun Salutation, practice synchronizing movement with your breath, and finish with a pleasant guided relaxation.
The class is suitable for everyone, including beginners. The instructor will adjust the intensity of the class to suit the group.
Weather permitting, the class will be held outdoors.
We recommend bringing a towel and a blanket.
Yoga mats will be available on site. If you prefer to use your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.
The class will be led by Denisa Bláhová, a certified instructor of Iyengar Hatha Yoga and therapeutic yoga.
All classes this weekend can be combined; choose one or all of them.
Your body will determine the intensity of the movements, so you don’t have to worry about overexertion.
After just one class, you’ll perceive your body in a completely different way.
