Information for Flow Yoga

  • It is possible to cancel up to 5 days before the start.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY

"Flow" refers to fluid movement, and this class will focus primarily on that. This gently guided yoga class will introduce you to fluid, gentle movement, where poses flow naturally into one another. We’ll focus on the proper connection between movement and breath, as well as on developing individual awareness of the mobility of your joints and spine.

Every body will find its own flow and relaxation within it.

A guided relaxation at the end will bring you into a deeper sense of presence with your breath and body—you won’t want to leave.

The class is suitable for everyone, including beginners. The instructor will tailor the class to the needs of individual participants and the composition of the group.

Weather permitting, the class will take place outdoors.

We recommend bringing a towel and a blanket.

Mats will be available on site. If you prefer to use your own mat, you’re welcome to bring it.

The class will be led by Denisa Bláhová, a certified instructor of Iyengar Hatha Yoga and therapeutic yoga.

All classes this weekend can be combined—choose one or all of them. Your body will determine the intensity, so you don’t have to worry about overexertion.

By Sunday, you’ll perceive your body in a whole new way.

Meeting point: 15 minutes before the class at the entrance to Hotel Nový Dům (in front of the reception desk).
