Basic poses for improved mobility of the spine and joints, with an emphasis on body awareness and breathing, followed by relaxation.
Class duration: 70 minutes
In this class, we’ll focus on basic yoga poses to improve the flexibility of the spine and joints. The emphasis will be on mindful awareness of the body and breath. The class will be led at a slow pace, with explanations of the poses and their benefits.
A guided relaxation at the end will help you unwind and allow the benefits of the asanas (yoga poses) to fully take effect.
The class is suitable for everyone, including beginners. The instructor will adapt the class and poses to the needs of each participant.
Weather permitting, the class will take place outdoors.
We recommend bringing a towel and a blanket.
Yoga mats will be available on site. If you prefer to use your own mat, you are, of course, welcome to bring it.
The class will be led by Denisa Bláhová, a certified instructor of Iyengar Hatha Yoga and therapeutic yoga.
All classes this weekend can be combined; choose one or all of them.
Your body will determine the intensity, so you don’t have to worry about overexertion.
By Sunday, you’ll perceive your body in a whole new way.
